Tips For Baking Christmas Cookies
Christmas Cookie Parties
Oftentimes friends get together during the holiday season to have cookie baking parties.
4 or 5 guests arrive each armed with the ingredients for a specific type of Christmas cookie.
Then everyone bakes enough cookies for a dozen cookies for each member of the baking party and extra dozen for the party members to sample and enjoy over lunch, coffee or tea.
In some cases, the members of the baking party bring the cookies already baked with copies of the recipes for each members, and just share lunch and sample the different varieties of cookies.
These types of cookie parties allow for each member of the party to get a variety of Christmas cookies for their holiday festivities with just one day of baking.
It also allows for a larger variety of cookies for each guest to share with their family and other friends.

Even small children enjoy cutting cookies into star, angel, reindeer, and other holiday shapes and then decorating them.
